DO I HAVE TO DO A DISCOVERY CALL BEFORE I CAN BOOK A SESSION?

Discovery Calls are not required. They are simply a free service we offer to ensure you have the opportunity to get your questions answered and speak with us about booking your first session at a mutually convenient time. If you prefer, you can call us at 972.441.4432 anytime between 8am & 5pm Central Standard Time and we will be ready to assist you. Or, email us 24/7 and will respond no later than the very next business day.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM A DISCOVERY CALL?

Great question! While there is no set agenda, generally your Discovery Call is the perfect opportunity to share a little background and ask any questions you have about us, our staff and our services. You’ll learn if you could be a good candidate for the custom support and guidance of one of our coaches or counselors, and if you are ready, we can help you schedule you’ll first session and walk you through the registration process.

WHO WILL I BE SPEAKING WITH ON THE DISCOVERY CALL?

You’ll be speaking with one of our Client Coordinators or our Practice Manager, each of whom will be able to answer your questions, match you with a coach or counselor, assist you with scheduling, and explain the registration process.

WHAT IS THE COST FOR A DISCOVERY CALL?

The Discovery Call is FREE and requires no further obligation.

DO MY PARTNER AND I BOTH NEED TO BE ON THE DISCOVERY CALL?

No. The Discovery Call is not a session and both parties do not have to be on the call. If however you’d both like to be a part of the Discovery Call, we’d be happy to visit with you both. We will call whomever scheduled the Discovery Call at the number provided when booked and then you can choose to conference in your partner if you wish.

WHAT IF I DON’T SEE A TIME THAT WORKS FOR ME?

Please call us at 972.441.4432 anytime between 8am & 5pm Central Standard Time. We will do the Discovery Call then or help you arrange another time that works better with your schedule. You can also email us and we will respond no later than the very next business day.

WHAT IF I DON’T LIVE IN THE U.S. OR CANADA? CAN I STILL DO A DISCOVERY CALL?

Yes, but the process is a bit different. We are unable to call you directly if you are outside of the U.S or Canada, however we we’d be happy to schedule an audio-only Zoom call with you. You can email us to arrange a date/time for the Zoom call and we will email you a Zoom link to use. Alternatively, if you are able to dial us directly, feel free to call us at 972.441.4432 anytime between 8am & 5pm Central Standard Time and we will be ready to visit with you and see how we can help.

WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE MY DISCOVERY CALL?

No worries! Simply use the link in your confirmation email to select a different time, or, you can call us and we will help you reschedule it.
